Long run - I intended to go 5.5 or 6 miles, but lost steam at 4 miles and pushed myself to 4.25 miles. I just didn't have much in the tank. Probably due to the humidity, last night's wine and bourbon, etc. However, this is the 4th week in a row of double-digit mileage, so my body is adjusting nicely and I should be able to consistently ramp up the mileage this summer!
