Pyramid Intervals on the treadmill.
1 mile warmup at 5.0 to 5.8 mph
Then intervals of .25, .5, .75 and 1 mile at 7.5 mph with .25 mile recovery at 5.5 mph
Last interval (1 mile) was done at 7.5 for first 1/4, 7.6 for second 1/4, 7.7 for third 1/4, and 8.0 to 8.5 for last 1/4 mile
Cooled down with an extra .25 miles at 5.5 mph
