Lunchtime run! Got through my 3 mile loop, however, my HR was up near 170 towards the end so I stopped with about 1/10 of a mile to go to walk. I think if I ran early in the morning when it was 20 degrees cooler my HR would not have been so elevated.

My ankle is still a bit sore and I'm still congested, but I'm able to get through 3 miles without overheating and feeling icky. I'll continue to do slow miles at 3-4 mile distances this week and then hopefully start training for the Parks Half Marathon next week!!
