Treadmill long run - wanted to do at least 7 miles, but had to cut it to 6 miles due to time constraints. Wore my Garmin for the HR monitor - HR was around or above 150 for most of the run...even with the slow pace. It looks like my marathon conditioning is officially gone :-(
