Eating hills for breakfast! Treadmill random setting at level 8 (between 0 and 6.4% incline, changing every 30 seconds) and speed at 5.8mph. My average HR is getting lower at this speed and with hills - 147 average over the 3.5 miles which is a great average for non-speed training. I didn't find the run too difficult - I may be able to bump up the incline next week if I'm still doing hill training on the treadmill.
