Lake loop run on Friday morning. I used the HRM and had some phantom readings during the first half mile (this usually goes away when I start to sweat) - my average HR was 153 which is a bit high. I'd like to get it under 150 for this run. I'm hoping to run 4+ miles this weekend to have a second consecutive week of 10 miles or more....let's keep this streak going and hopefully move closer to 20 mile weeks by Summer!
