3.5 mile "de-stresser" run after work. The 1 mile gravel trail at Mondauk Common is such a great place to run! I went out thinking this would be an "easy" run, but when I hit the first mile and saw 9:02, I knew I was going a bit too fast for that. So I kept up the pace and did an 8:57 second mile and then sped up for an 8:11 third mile. I threw in a half mile cool down. Unfortunately, it's back to work in the hotel room - but it was a nice break from the computer screen!
