Running two days in a row - finally! And getting my behind out there at 5:30am - also something I haven't done in a long time. I really wanted to take it slow and easy on this run, but I got lost in my music and didn't slow down.
It was still a humid morning, but not as hot as yesterday. Still I was soaked by the time I finished.
