Speedwork! QO HS track for 4 x 400m. Mile warmup and then 4 x 400m intervals. I wanted to hit around 2:07 but ended up going faster (1:56, 1:58, 2:00, 1:57). 400m recovery after each interval and then a one mile cooldown.
