Started running too hard for an easy run, so added some fartleks in. I didn't watch my HR much throughout the run (good thing as it was pretty high most of the time!) I'm still waking up really tired and not wanting to get out of bed - not sure if it is an overall lack of sleep, poor diet (chanukah - lots of oil and sweets), or if there's something else going on. Either way, I'm glad I kicked myself out the door this morning.
