Quick, easy run this morning in 39 degree weather! It was a bit chilly in shorts and a long sleeve running shirt, but compared to the hot, humid summer we had I'll take this any day. I ran much faster than normal - probably to stay warm - and I kept the HRM at home so I have no idea what my HR was. My splits were 9:36, 9:07 and 9:00. Great way to start the week!
