Lunchtime run. I wasn't sure I was going to be up to it after this weekend's stomach bug, but it felt good to be runnng. The big surprise is my weight...the scale at home tells me that I lost 5 pounds since Thursday (when the stomach bug started). The scale at the gym confirmed it. I haven't been at this weight since I was training for the NY Marathon over two years ago! I definitely do not recommend this as a way to lose weight though. 3.0 miles, 1% incline, 5.5 mph, 146 bpm Avg HR
