3.3 mile run on a hillier loop than normal. I ran on the faster side - splits of 9:42, 9:43 and 8:55 - I wasn't treating the run like a tempo run, but after the first two miles I decided to pick it up a bit to tempo run pace. No HRM this morning (probably why I ran faster...nothing to slow me down!)
