Another beautiful run along the Schuylkill this morning. At the beginning, I wasn't feeling it too much but I pushed myself to go out 1.75 miles so with the return I ran 3.5 miles. 9:30/mi avg pace although I started closer to a 10min mile and got fast as I went.
