Out and back run from the hotel in Mt Kisco, NY. Instead of doing the long, hilly loop to the lake and back, I just went into town and looked around. Mt Kisco has some really cute cafes and shops...I'll definitely head there for a meal the next time I'm in town (I found an Ethiopian restaurant there...closed on Mondays, though). No knee pain tonight...rest and ice was definitely what I needed for that!
