Since it is over 90 degrees outside - and I could not run this morning (blood sample for cholesterol levels) I ran at lunchtime on the treadmill. 1% incline. 5.7mph for 1 mile and then 0.25 mile intervals at 7.0, 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3 mph with a 0.25 mi of 5.7mph in between.
