Out for a long run! Nice to have ramped back up to 7 miles on the weekend! Lets see if I can recover from this well and get up to 8 or 9 miles next weekend! One thing I will need to do for future long runs - keep the HR down lower. The first mile was bogus readings in the 160s and 170s, but after that a hilly 2nd mile kept my HR in the high 150s from which I did not recover (OK...mile 3 I ran a 9:18 which is a bit too fast for me for an easy long run - that also contributed to the high HR). Maybe next week will be close to a 20 mile week!!!
