Tempo-ish workout on the treadmill. Started with treadmill at 1% incline and at 5.5 mph and every 1/4 mile bumped the speed up 0.1mph. I kept going up until 3.5 miles (6.8mph - sub 9:00/mi pace) and then brought it down each 1/4 mile until 6.0mph at 5.5 miles. Overall pace was 9:40/mi.
