Speedwork onhe treadmill. Set the 'mill to 1% incline with easy/recovery speed at 5.8mph and interval at 7.5mph. Did 3/4 mi warm up and then intervals of 1/4 mi, 1/2 mi, 3/4 mi and 1/2 mi with 1/4 mile recoveries.
