Lunchtime run at the gym. Kept it slow and steady - but a little faster than the past two weeks. Started 1% incline, 5.2 mph and upped it 0.1 each quarter mile. The last quarter mile was at a 9:33/mile pace - it was nice to run at that pace and I can't wait to be able to run the entire 3 miles (or 10 miles!) at that pace!!
