4 mile easy run in the morning. Although I got out there a little after 7am, it was already sunny and humid - ick! I ran a loop that is mostly uphill the first 2 mies and then mostly downhill the next mile and a half. Splits were 10:21, 10:16, 9:15 and 9:57. Overall it was 4 miles at a 9:59/mi pace.
