Second run of the day - after work on the hotel treadmill. Set the 'mill to the Hill setting at level 10 (between 1.5 and 7.8 percent incline - changing each minute) and kept the pace easy at 5.5mph. 3 miles at 10:54/mile pace. So the full days distance was about 6.25 miles. I normally don't sleep so well the first night in a hotel room, but I think tonight I will zonk out!
