3 mile treadmill run - I didn't want to deal with the cold rain this morning. However, I know that in about 2 months this weather is going to feel warm :-) 1% incline, 5.5 mph bumping up 0.1 every half mile and during the last half mile bumping up 0.1 every tenth of a mile ending at 6.4mph.
