5.5 mile long run on a chilly brisk morning. While starting out, I was planning 4 or 4.5 miles, but as I was getting close to 4 miles I decided to go longer. I'm hoping I can get up to 4 runs per week on a consistent basis. It should be doable now that I am not traveling for work...I just need to get up a little earlier and fit it in. This was my second week of double-digit mileage - next goal is 15 miles/week and then get back up to 20 miles/week on a consistent basis.
