My first leg (Leg 2) of Ragnar DC. Two miles with an uphill climb of about 500' and then four miles of decent of about 800'. First two mile splits were 9:52 and 10:39. The next four miles were 7:49, 7:24, 7:38 and 8:07. Garmin totals were 6.36 miles in 54:26 - an 8:34/mile pace.
