Interval workout during lunch on gym treadmill. Incline 1%, started with 1 mile at 5.7-6.0mph (bumped up 0.1mph each 1/4 mile) and then intervals of 1/4, 1/2, 1/2 and 1/4 miles at 7.5mph with a 1/4 mile recovery at 5.8mph in between.
