Notes
Early run - I haven't run at 6am in a while (I had to wake up at 4:40 to bring my son to his school for a class trip). It was nice to be out before too much traffic. I saw a fox running around the lake - a little strange since it was already a bit light outside. It will be difficult later tonight as I have to lead Israeli Dancing until 11pm...hopefully I'll catch up on sleep over the weekend.
