Slow, long(er) run. First in a while. I had to walk a few of the uphills to keep my HR under 170. I may have to start doing some low HR training over the next few weeks to boost my aerobic conditioning. I can tell that there is no way I'll be getting a PR at the Parks HM - at this point I'm just hoping I can finish without walking too much!
