I am finally back up to 3 miles - as my "long" run of the week, I ran my usual 3.2 mile loop around the lake. It was a beautiful morning and great to run. The last 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile was tough - but this will get much easier as I do it more. It looks like my body has recovered - and now that I'm on a local project and not going to be traveling as much, I hope I can get more sleep.
