6 mile run on Saturday afternoon. I totally prefer running in the morning and this run definitely would have been longer if it was done earlier. I had a pretty big lunch at shul and by 3 miles I was still feeling weighed down by food...Oy! The run started at an easy pace (9:50 and 10:00 miles) and then as there were more downhills I got faster (9:14 and 9:10). Overall it was 6 miles at a 9:31/mile pace.
