Long, easy run. I wore the HRM today and put guidelines with it - if my HR got over 160bpm and I could not bring it down under 160bpm in 30 seconds or so, I would take a one minute walk break. I ended up walking 3 times in my 5.5 mile route - but my average HR was 153! Unfortunately, my average pace was 11:16. However, this is just the start to ramping up my long runs, so I'm sure I will improve within the next few weeks.
