Notes

Shorter long run as I needed to run at the gym and did not have a lot of time. So I ran a bit faster than a normal easy, long run. Set treadmill to 1% incline and 5.5 mph...bumped up the speed .1 mph every quarter mile until I was up to 7.0. Then I started going down .1 mph each quarter mile.
