Three mile treadmill run at lunchtime. I tried to make it a low HR run - kept the speed from 5.5 to 5.0 and incline at 1.5% for the first two miles and then down to 1.0%. My average HR was 154 - a little too high for a low HR run, but I didn't want to go slower than the pace I was already at. Hopefully by running more often and longer distances, my HR will decrease on these types of runs.
