Started as an interval run - LifeFitness Treadmill, Incline 1.5%, Jog Speed 5.5 mph, Interval Speed 7.5 mph. First interval was rough. I felt very low energy. Second interval I bumped down to 7.2 mph but still didn't feel right. I decided to keep the speed low for the rest of the run. However, I did do one more interval around 3.5 miles to break up the monotony.
