Easy lake run on a chilly morning. 32 degrees…what's with the weather? Wasn't it just 70 degrees recently? I used new shoes and new Superfeet on this run and my ankle/knee felt so much better. I am going to put the date on the bottom of the Superfeet…I'm thinking that those may have worn down that I was not getting enough arch support which could have been causing the ankle and knee issues. Due to it being colder, I ran a bit faster (to warm up?) Avg pace was 9:40/mi
