Easy run once around the lake after not running in over a week. Last weekend was Gvanim and then on Tuesday I tweaked my calf muscle so I was not exercising since then. I started out fine and then at 1.85 miles my calf tweaked again. I was able to run on it gingerly until 1.94 miles and then had to walk until I hit 2 miles (and walked the rest of the way). I'll stretch it today and hopefully it will be better for the week.
