Notes
This was supposed to be a 5.5 mile run. But I bonked half-way in. The night before was our Anniversary, and I completely overate at dinner (Vasilli's was great!). I woke up early to run, but was still kind of full and had some GI issues. I stopped after 2.25 miles and walked the rest of the way home (cutting the loop to 4.5 miles instead of 5.5)
