Treadmill

Notes

5 miles on treadmill plus 100 push ups. Started treadmill at 1.5% incline and 5.5mph and went up 0.1mph each quarter mile. At 6.7mph (3.25 miles) I started going down 0.1mph every quarter mile. After each mile I got off the treadmill and did 20 pushups (x5 is 100 pushups). Sets 4 and 5 were tough!!
