Notes

3 mile treadmill Random Hill program. Level 5 (0% to 4.3% incline changing every 30 sec) and 5.6mph. When I arrived at the clubhouse both treadmills were occupied and I had to wait - so I did some bridges, stretching, sets of curls and bench press.
