After all of the race prep, I wasn't sure I would be able to slow down! Finally, this morning I got an easy run in. 3.25 miles at 10:21/mile pace with average HR of 146. I can't remember the last time I had a run where my average HR was under 150! Nice!!! I still had a bit of discomfort in my left knee. I'll try to ice it again tonight. Hopefully a little ice and rest will do the trick since I haven't had knee issues in the past.
