Late afternoon run - something I rarely do. It was hot outside, but not humid. I did not wear my HRM which was a good thing as I pushed the pace - especially going up the hills!
Traveling to ATL tomorrow and coming back Wednesday...I'll likely either do a short run in ATL on Wednesday morning or wait and do two short runs on Thursday and Friday. The Half Marathon is on Sunday....as long as it is not a hot and humid morning, I think I am ready!!!
