Hey there 5:30am run...I haven't seen you in a while! Well...my 6 year old woke us up in the middle of the night, and when the clock hit 5am and I still wasn't asleep yet I decided to be productive and hit the gym. Set the treadmill for 1% incline and 5.5 mph - nice and easy - and ran for 4.5 miles. A nice start to the day (but I know I'll pay for the lack of sleep later)
