Notes
Did not want to overdo it today as I'm coming back from the chest congestion. Set the treadmill to 5.5 mph and 1.5% incline and ran. My intent was to run 4 miles, but I landed funny on my left food at about 3.65 miles. I pushed myself to do 1/10 of a mile more, but then I stopped running.
I'm going to try to run 4 times this week. I hope I can keep to it!
