About me:
I started running at the age of 52 to help increase my endurance for a backpacking trip I was planning. I started with Couch to 5k and ended up running 4 marathons. Hopefully there are many more long runs in my future. |
Why do I run:
I feel so free when I run and so good after I run. Running helps me to get the most out of each day. |

After being a walker for many years, I felt the need to kick things up a notch. |
