I started running at the age of 52 to help increase my endurance for a backpacking trip I was planning. I started with Couch to 5k and ended up running 4 marathons. Hopefully there are many more long runs in my future.

I feel so free when I run and so good after I run. Running helps me to get the most out of each day.
