This was done at the end of a cross fit workout.

Warm-up was squats with weight (I tried the bar (15lbs), but ended up only doing air squats). After squats, we did 3 x 15 reps of hip raises with weights. (I did the bar (15lbs) with 30lbs added on for a total of 45lbs.

After warm-ups, we did the WOD. I did a modified work-out (because it was my 2nd day) of 10 air squats every minute. We did this for 10 minutes, totaling 100 squats. (I only did 90 air squats).

After we finished the squats, we got a 2 minute break, then ran 1 mile.
