Fail.
Did a better job of pacing properly but was struggling to even maintain HM-M pace on some of the flat areas. Came off the big hill thinking I had left enough in the tank and tried to kick it in and could not drop below 8mm. This sucks. I am not looking forward to the HM in a couple weeks.
Also feel that since the marathon in october I have forgotten how to make myself hurt 10K properly. Like I am stuck at HM effort at best?
