Very very pleased. Started a bit rough, stomach was acidic all morning and metatarsals were grumpy, compounded by a delayed start after I had finished my warmup and gu'd. Was stiff for the first 3-4 miles and then things smoothed out. Finished very very strong
First 6 miles 49:28 (10K in 51:05 - fastest 10K in over a year)
Last 6 miles 48:41 (last 10K in roughly 50:25) Faster than the end of my PR half.
