ugh...sluggish and slow. Legs are still tired from Wednesdays lifting session. I think I am going to cap the weight on the squat series here and just keep pushing the ham and calf series. Hopefully that will be enough to rehab and not wear my legs out for running so badly.

And bejeebers It is time for it to warm up. Just a little.
