Good basepoint.
First mile was faster than I expected but I was barely breathing. Stayed conversational pace the whole way to mile 5, then was maybe HM effort to just before end. But I could feel it in my legs the whole way Legs are weak. Legs were done by about 4.5 and metatarsals. Pretty good indicator of where I am and where I need to go. This is all about weight and consistency. Get the base back and the rest will follow.
