Why do I run:
Stress relief,the high i get after running, the energy it gives me though out the day. |
Why I started running:
I always hated running but in the winter of 2006 my buddy said he had signed up for the spirit of St Louis HM so not wanting to be outdone i started training and ran my first HM in April of 07.
Now i have been bitten by the running bug and love it. |
